Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Skuvix is a Shopify product import tool that helps users extract product data from product URLs and turn it into Shopify-ready listings for review and publishing. The Service is provided by Skuvix ("Company", "we", "us").

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3. Subscription & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You may cancel at any time before your next billing date
• No prorated refunds for partial billing periods
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of initial purchase. To request a refund, contact support@starwaytrade.com within this period. Annual subscriptions may receive a prorated refund if requested within 14 days.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account with others or resell access
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skuvix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business losses, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Skuvix and protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or cancelling through your account settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
